Stakeholder workshop and Design Sprint

Conducted a 5-day design sprint for a new feature for the education platform. Before the design sprint, I conducted a stakeholder workshop with product management and development teams to define the actionable goals and refine the roadmap.

Participants: Product Management, Subject Matter Expert (past users), Development teams.

Outcome: Personas, refined problem statement, multiple design approaches (paper sketches), and early prototype.

Co-designing Sessions | Securitas Technology

Activities

  • Creating task flows based on insights from user interviews.

  • Created the initial designs (paper sketches) based on task flows.

  • The dashboard was created in Figma and refined through co-designing sessions with users. This dashboard was aligned with the expected experience of the primary user.

Tools: Miro for creating task flows, pen and paper sticky notes for paper sketches, and Tableau for the final dashboard.

Deliverables: Taskflows, paper sketches, and mockups

Co-designing session to create a conservation user interface (CUI)

A remote session was conducted over video call for the co-designing session. The session template was created using the Miro board. The tasks and scenarios were displayed at the top of the image. Under the label Agents, canned messages aligned to the scenario were listed. The user section had empty dialogue bubbles so that the users could type the messages/answer the agent.

This image displays the results along with the session feedback. The feedback/inputs are stated on the sticky notes. The pink sticky denotes user feedback; my observations/notes are yellow.

The output of this session was a CUI script aligned with the product goal and user tasks.

Identifying User Profile | Securitas Technology

Activities:

  • Persona workshop to identify key user profiles.

  • In-depth user interviews to uncover user goals, pain points, and expectations.

  • Affinity mapping to identify primary and secondary user profiles, highlighting key user goals and expectations.

Tools: Miro for persona workshop and affinity diagram to synthesize and analyze interview findings.

Google Slides will be used to create a presentation of the outcome, the research outcome, and the user profile.

Deliverables: User profile document
